Our versatile 3,000 Sq ft ground floor with full kitchen has the capabilities of transforming into whatever you envision, providing the ideal space for you creative pursuits.

In-house production gear available for rental on request.
You are welcome to bring any necessary equipment in at no extra charge.
We also work with several EQ rental houses in and around the NYC area to make sure you have everything you need here on set.
Short/long-term production storage is available in our vaults and in the basement.
